Mycron Steel Berhad (MSB), was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies 

Act 1965 on 24 July 2003 as a public limited company. 

MSB's principal activities consist of investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiaries.

Mycron Steel Berhad encompasses the combined operations of three (3) subsidiaries, 

namely Mycron Steel CRC Sdn Bhd ("MSCRC"), Melewar Steel Tube Sdn Bhd ("MST") and Silver Victory Sdn Bhd ("SV"). 

MSCRC is involved in the mid-stream sector of the steel industry, 

in the manufacture of Cold Rolled Coil ("CRC") steel sheets, 

while MST is involved in the manufacture of steel tubes and pipes ("Steel Tubes"). 

SV is involved in the trading of steel related products.
