Description

What We Do…

Vulcan Electric designs and manufactures metal-sheathed heating elements, heater assemblies,

temperature sensors, and cartridge-style thermostats. Most of our products are custom-designed for

a specific product or process application. Also, we have a wide selection of industry-standard designs and models.

Our manufacturing is organized and geared to process one to several hundred units per production run.

We have no minimum order quantity.

Our History…

We started manufacturing heaters a long time ago, back in 1927. Although we have moved a few times since then,

we still engineer and manufacture all our products in the U.S.A. in the town of Porter, Maine.

Through the years, we have developed many new technologies and acquired others.

We continue to expand on our core product platforms and seek new technologies to enhance our capabilities

and offerings to support a broad range of industries and applications.

Why Choose Us…

We have a reputation for solving complex electric heating and temperature measurement problems.

Our engineering expertise and wide range of manufacturing capabilities allow us to deliver cost-effective, customized solutions.

We are proud to be the chosen temperature specialist by many leading manufacturers and the go-to-source

whenever there is a need to solve a problem, get the job done right, and deliver on time.

Thanks…

If you are an existing customer, thank you for your business and the opportunities

you have given us to service your temperature needs. If you are considering Vulcan Electric as a supplier,

we hope you will allow us to prove ourselves and become

your chosen temperature specialist. Either way, thanks for visiting our site and checking us out!
